Gayathri Devi

Gayathri Devi is a postgraduate in Clinical Psychology with a diverse professional background spanning education, media, counselling, and environmental engagement. She has served with distinction at the Kerala State office of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and has worked as a family and child counsellor, social work trainer, student counsellor, and communicative English teacher. Her experience also extends into media, having worked as a producer with Kairali Channel and participated in theatre and film projects.


Her areas of interest are wide-ranging, encompassing clinical and child psychology, human resource management, customer relations, event coordination, and educational innovation. Gayathri is particularly passionate about engaging with children and believes deeply in the endless possibilities of the human brain and the lifelong nature of learning.


She holds postgraduate qualifications in both Clinical Psychology and Yoga, and is also a certified Pranic Healer and pressure therapist. Known for her adaptability, resilience, and motivational spirit, she brings a unique blend of scientific insight, holistic wellness, and creativity to every initiative she supports.


Since the inception of the Live Nature Lab, Gayathri has played a vital role in guiding more than 500 visitors—including students, teachers, and researchers—through its evolving ecosystem. She has a remarkable ability to convey the vision, methodology, and transformation of the Lab in a way that resonates with people of all ages.


Deeply observant and grounded in a love for art and nature, Gayathri Devi continues to inspire curiosity and ecological awareness through her work with the Miyawaki Nature Lab.
