Bincy Baby

Bincy Baby currently serves as the Director of the Agriculture and Ecosystem Management Group (AGES), where she leads initiatives in sustainability, afforestation, and climate action. A civil engineer with a postgraduate degree in management, she brings over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning e-governance, water and sanitation technologies, e-commerce, and environmental sustainability.


Before joining AGES, she was the Director and Chief General Manager of Eram Scientific Solutions for more than a decade. Under her leadership, the organization rose to global prominence as a leading innovator in automated water and sanitation solutions. She began her professional journey with the Kerala State IT Mission and has since played a significant role in shaping large-scale projects across the public and private sectors.


An experienced sustainability professional, Bincy currently oversees a wide array of projects in water and sanitation, waste management, afforestation, and climate resilience. She is also known for her strong strategic planning skills and expertise in executing complex, large-scale initiatives.


In addition to her professional roles, Bincy is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership in science and technology. She is the Immediate Past Chairwoman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and currently heads the Southern Region vertical of the Indian Women Network (CII-IWN) for women in STEM. A frequent speaker at national and international forums, she also engages in writing and blogging on issues close to her heart.
